By enrolling in one of these programs and allowing our dedicated and highly skilled certified service technicians to maintain your breathing air system, you can extend the lifespan of your equipment, ensure its efficient operation, and, most importantly, generate safe and pure breathing air that surpasses NFPA standards. As part of our preventive maintenance programs, a Breathing Air Service Center certified technician will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your breathing air system. This includes a thorough operational check covering the following areas:

  • Oil & Filter Change
  • Oil Disposal
  • Replacement of Purification Cartridges
  • Inspection of Intake Filter
  • CFM output flow check
  • Oil pressure check & adjustment
  • Inspection of auto-drain system
  • Maximum pressure check
  • Inspection of safety valves
  • Carbon Monoxide Monitor Calibration
  • Inspection and tightening of all head & cylinder bolts, etc.
  • Clean & inspection of final separator
  • Check & adjustment of drive belt
  • Lubrication of oil pump chain
  • Inner stage & final stage gauge reading
  • Operational checks for fill station & compressor
